There was a great Christmas bonus for one lucky player of the Veterans' Lottery as they scooped the first prize in December's draw.
Marc from Wallasey closed out his 2023 £7,000 richer as he became the final winner of the year, a year that has seen the Veterans' Lottery pay out over £480,000 to lucky players.
Even though Marc didn't hit the rollover jackpot this time, there were still six winners of the huge £50,000 bonanza in the past 12 months, an incredible 50% strike rate.
Second prize in December's draw went the way of Pauline in King's Lynn, who pocketed a tidy £3,500 moving into 2024, while another 80 lucky players found the third prize of £120 each in their bank accounts.
