July's Veterans' Lottery draw saw two winners with strong forces connections scoop just over £10,000 between them.
The lucky recipient of the £7,000 first prize was Denise from Glasgow, who was incidentally celebrating her one-year anniversary of joining up to play the Veterans' Lottery.
With members of her family having served throughout the forces community, Denise wanted to help however she could and playing the national veterans' lotto was her first choice.
The win came at a great time for the Scot as she's not only moving house next month, but her son is getting married next year too, so the prize money will go towards some pretty big landmarks in Denise's life.
£3,500 went the way of Brian in Chepstow and the second prize couldn't have found a better home in the shape of a man who served in the Royal Marines for 23 years.
Brian has been supporting our veterans since May 2020 and while he didn't know himself what he'd be spending his winnings on, he thought his wife will have some ideas...
80 further lucky players based all over the UK took home the £120 third prize in July's draw, from Neil in Edinburgh to Kevin in Exeter - check if you were one of the lucky winners here:
